Payment is due on the first of each month and in advance of services provided. If payment is not made by the 10th of the month, a $25 late fee will be added to the balance.

Fees are paid to the Director or classroom teacher. A receipt will be provided. Insufficient funds checks will be paid in cash. After one returned check, fees will be paid in cash and there will be a $35 fee added to your account.

If there remains a balance at the end of the month and no payment arrangements have been made with the Director, we may begin to terminate the contract. If the contract is terminated for non-payment, the account will be sent to a collections agency or small claims court.
