Each classroom provides a monthly newsletter including classroom events. There is also a center-wide newsletter for classroom news, center events, closings, and fun early childhood articles.

A couple of times a year the Center plans family events, including a pot luck dinner, ice cream social, or barbecue, for children, parents, and teachers to come together for fun.

Once a year we have professional photographs taken of the children. These photos will be available for purchase. The teachers also take pictures of the children. These photos are used to show parents the developmental progress of the children and special projects. Note: photos will not be used outside of the facility unless the parents sign a permission slip. 

There is a form for walking trips in the block surrounding premises of the facility. This allows children to observe the changes in the season, neighborhoods, and businesses. Field trips farther than the block premises will have a separate form with signature and details for parents.

Throughout the year forms will be sent home with children. Forms are for updating records and local / state agency partnership / grant requirements. Please review and return promptly.
